Inspirada is an urban themed master planned community sprawled across the far southern foothills of the Las Vegas Valley. Inspirada is right at the entrance to the Sloan Canyon and one of the closest neighborhoods to California. Inspirada is the first community in Nevada to be created using the "new urbanism" guidelines, a throwback to the times when front porches allowed for talking between neighbors and rear alley driveways.
Construction on Inspirada started in 2005 and is planned to have 13,000 residences and 29,000 residents at it's completion. There is a wonderful variety of housing choices offered in Inspirada; from condos, to town homes to estate homes. The amenities are countless in Inspirada with a city center featuring multi pools, gyms and recreation areas.
Hostile Grape is inside the M Resort and a popular spot for win drinkers. The restaurant features over 400 wines and has a unique dispensing system to allow you to taste the wine. They often have live music that makes the atmosphere just perfect.
Inspirada has it's very own coffee shop in it's city center called Jolley Beans. It's a perfect place for gathering with your neighbors after a morning run.
Can't miss shopping at Town Center. Just up the freeway off of Las Vegas Boulevard is a fun epic center of shopping, dining and entertainment. Don't miss it.
When you leave at the entrance of Sloan Canyon, you must check out Sloan Canyon. It's a 48,438 acres playground with unique scenic and geologic features. The centerpiece being the petroglyph sites.
