Henderson is the second largest city in all of Nevada and sits perfectly on the southeastern end of the Las Vegas Valley. Henderson has the 7th highest per-capita income in the United States and often has the nickname the land of guard gates. The city is full of master plan communities serving all income levels.
Henderson was born out of the American war effort in the 1940's and America's need for magnesium. The city of Henderson was officially incorporated on April 16, 1953. It has been named to Bloomberg Businessweek "Best Cities to Live in America" list. It was just announced in late 2017, that Henderson will be the future home of the NFL Raiders practice facility.
